Savor Sarasota restaurant weeks
Two weeks each summer when 55+ restaurants across Sarasota County serve special multi-course prix-fixe menus at fixed prices — the single cheapest way to eat at the area's best restaurants all year. It started as a way to keep local restaurants busy in the slow summer season after the snowbirds head north, and it's now one of Southwest Florida's most popular dining events.

When it runs
- The 21st annual edition ran June 1–14, 2026.
- The 22nd annual edition is set for June 2027 — exact dates TBA. Check the official page as summer approaches.
- In 2026, many restaurants extended their menus through June 30 on a "Continuing Savor" list — if you miss the official two weeks, check whether deals linger.
How the deals work
Participating restaurants — from Longboat Key and Lido Key to downtown Sarasota, Venice, and Englewood — offer special prix-fixe menus:
- Two-course prix-fixe lunches for $25 per person (2026 pricing).
- Three-course prix-fixe dinners for $45 per person — some restaurants even stretched to four courses in 2026.
- Many kitchens add optional wine or cocktail pairings, and some offer premium menu upgrades.
- Tax and gratuity are extra — tip on the value of the meal, not just the deal price.
- 2027 pricing is TBA. Recent years held at $25/$45, but confirm on the official page.
How to get the most out of it
- Book the splurge spots first. The steakhouses and waterfront fine-dining rooms fill their Savor tables fastest — reserve early in the two-week window.
- Lunch is the stealth deal. A $25 two-course lunch at a restaurant you'd never afford for dinner is the best value on the whole list.
- Read the actual menus. The official restaurant list links each participant's Savor menu — compare a few before committing, since quality varies.
- Try one new place and one old favorite. Half the fun is discovering a neighborhood spot you'd never have tried at full price.
- Watch for the extension. If the "Continuing Savor" pattern repeats, the deals — and the reservations — get easier after the official end date.
